County and Other Societies

East Benton County Historical Society

East Benton County Historical Museum was built in 1982 and funded by local contributions.

Many resources are available in their Library, which include Obituaries, Local History Files, Family History Information, High School Annuals and other Reference Books.  

They also have a large collection of photographs covering the period from the late 1800's to the present day.  They are only accessible through the EBCHS Museum Director.

An index of the 1910 Benton Co. Census is available on the site.


Fiske Genealogical Society - Fiske Genealogical Library

A number of Books and archives are available in Fiske Genealogical Library, which incorporate:

Grays Harbour Genealogical Society

The association has a Library where a number of archives are available, which include over 57000 Local Obituaries, Death Notices and Funeral Records. 

A Member Surname File is also on the site, which lists Surnames being researched along with their location and time-frame

Great Northern Railway Historical Society

The association has an Archives where a number of resources are accessible, which comprise:
