Brown County Historical Society

Many publications are available for sale, which incorporate:

Burnet County Historical Commission

Some publications are available for sale, which incorporate Burnet Co. Cemetery Transcripts 1852-1982 and Burnet Co. History: A Pioneer History 1847-1979.


Caldwell County Genealogical and Historical Society

The aims of the society are to maintain an association for the study of genealogical records and to collect and preserve records, making them available in their Historical Research Centre, Luling Public Library.  An extensive collection of resources are available in this Centre. These include resources relating to the area and further afield. 

They also have a large number of Family History Books and an Alphabetical Index of these is available on the site.

Publications available for sale comprise:

  • Caldwell Co. Kin: The First 150 Years
  • Cumulative Index to Plum Creek Almanac
  • Historic Caldwell Co.: Where Roots Intertwine

Calhoun County Genealogy Society

The association has a Newspaper Database which includes an Alphabetical List of people mentioned.  There is also an Index to Burials at Six Mile Cemetery.


Chaparral Genealogical Society

A number of archives are available in Chaparral Library, which include over 2100 Books, more than 280 Rolls of Microfilm, Family Histories and Computers giving access to Federal Census Returns, Marriage Records and Land Records.


Collin County Genealogical Society

A list of Surnames currently being researched by Members is accessible on the site.


Collin County Historical Society and Museum

The association has an Archives where a number of resources are available, which include:

Comal County Genealogy Society

The association has many publications available for sale, which incorporate:
