Ohio Genealogical Society

The largest genealogical society in the United States, the association was established in 1959. Their aims are to discover the reasons for the migration of early settlers into the state, preserve manuscripts and books relating to the early settlers of Ohio.  

Their aims are also to promote and encourage the study of genealogy and family history, to help others researching their family trees and to publish historical material relating to the state.
