Kentucky Genealogical Society   

The association was organised in 1973. Their aim is to encourage and promote the study of genealogy.

They have donated their extensive collection of resources to Kentucky Family History Centre. 

They have numerous on-line indexes, which include Cemetery Records, Marriages, Newspaper Clippings and Obituaries relating to various Counties in Kentucky. They also sell back issues of their newsletter Bluegrass Roots.

The association has Death Certificates from 1911-1960 and, for a fee, is prepared to look up the certificate and send it out to you.
