Conwy Archive Service

Conwy Archive Service was established in 1996, when the unitary authority of Conwy County Borough was formed from parts of the historic counties of Caernarfonshire and Denbighshire.

Resources held by the Archive include documents, manuscripts, maps, photographs and digital records.  These resources come from a wide range of businesses, churches, clubs, local government and residents.

If you have a document you would like to donate to the Archive, they would love to hear from you.  They are interested in any papers, photographs or digital records that will document life in the Conwy area for future generations.

The records and documents will be of use whether you are researching the history of a house, conducting research for a school, college or university assignment, tracing your family history or studying the history of your local area.

The knowledgeable and helpful staff are always available to help should you have any questions or require assistance.
